The Estates Office
For this project we created:
Logo / Brand / Website / Print / Photoshoot direction
The Estates Office was built in 1905 for Lord Tredegar to conduct his land and property affairs. Having also spent some time as a magistrates court, the building has now been restored and refurbished to its former glory. Parade Design were asked by the new owners to develop an identity to market the building which provides unique office space within the traditional, Edwardian property.
A monogrammed emblem of a wax seal and ribbon, traditionally used on property deeds and official documents represent the buildings heritage and act as a symbol of quality and excellence. A commissioned photoshoot illustrated the calibre of the building for use within the property brochure and website. Interior and exterior signage, launch party invitations and gift bags all had the seal of approval. We even made sure that the toilets were fit for Lords and Ladies themselves.
A truly remarkable project that we loved so much, we moved into the building ourselves.
