Lumière reached out to us to build them a unisex brand with a fresh and organic feel for their new up-and-coming children’s clothing brand. Offering playful prints in neutral colour schemes and soft, organic comfortable fabrics, the clothing certainly did most of the talking. We helped bring the packaging and marketing to life with a bespoke logo identity, hand-picked colours inspired by nature, tone of voice, social media assets and packaging suggestions.
The name, meaning ‘light’ in French, took us down a route of whimsical childhood shadow puppet shows and the magic spinning carousel projector lights. This idea inspired the cut-out silhouette style of the illustrations, with each representing a symbol of light. The overall concept refers to light theme throughout the brand including the slogan 'Shine bright little one.'
Gentle shades, inspired by nature.
A gentle colour palette, inspired by the earthy tones of nature highlight the quality cottons and neutral linens in Lumière's range of clothing.
Organic clothing, natural & minimal packaging.
We kept our packaging choices minimal and eco-friendly, with paper tape adorned with the Lumière silhouette shapes, kraft paper stocks to give a rustic feel and clothing carefully wrapped in matching tissue paper.
Soft copy, sharp socials.
We made subtle nods to the theme of light throughout with phrases such as 'brighter days are coming' and chose soft and child-like words to make our copy warm and welcoming.
