Inexclusion is a forward-thinking startup dedicated to promoting diversity, inclusion, and disability awareness within workplaces. Founded by Nicola Ankin, whose deep personal and professional experience with lifelong disability drives the brand, Inexclusion offers tailored disability awareness training and consultancy services. The brand’s mission is to bridge the gap between disabled and non-disabled individuals, empowering organisations to foster greater accessibility and inclusion. By working closely with businesses, Inexclusion equips them with the knowledge and tools needed to create more inclusive environments where everyone can thrive.

Accessibility

Accessibility was a key focus throughout the development of Inexclusion’s brand. We ensured all colour combinations met WCAG AAA standards, guaranteeing maximum readability for all users. In addition, we carefully selected fonts with distinctive characters and minimal mirroring to improve legibility, particularly for those with visual impairments or dyslexia. The commitment to accessibility is reflected in every aspect of the brand, ensuring it is as inclusive as the company’s mission.

Impactful socials

Given that social media will be the primary place for promotion in the early stages of Inexclusion’s journey, the brand needed to be highly adaptable across various digital channels. The design system we created ensures clarity and impact at smaller sizes to ensure meaningful engagement with diverse online audiences.
