Business partners Victoria and Jonathan needed a brand for their new business venture, Foxwood Recruitment. Having already worked for over 10 years in recruitment and sales, the duo wanted to branch away from the traditional, corporate look of so many other agencies before them and opt for a more contemporary and inspirational approach. We were asked to incorporate the words ‘Partner; inspire; succeed’ into the brand to set the tone of Foxwood’s ethos.
The only ban we were given - no foxes to appear in the brand. They didn’t however, rule out the vibrant orange colour associated with the strategic, quick-thinking animal. And since we like breaking the occasional rule - we couldn’t resist the urge to subtly represent a foxes tail in the chevron shape of the ‘W’ of Foxwood.
The imagery we chose for the brand are representative of achievement and success. The peaks of the highest mountains, the results of teamwork and the fulfilment of accomplishing goals. These values, true of candidate, employer and recruiter alike, are the foundation of Foxwood’s skill - matching people with people, not CV’s with jobs.
