Due to celebrate 20 years in business, Financial Planning Wales wanted to invest in their brand identity to reflect the forward-thinking ethos of the company.
Financial Planning Wales, an established company based in (but not exclusive to) Wales, offers pro-active financial planning and investment advice to individuals and businesses to achieve their financial goals. By working in close partnership with their clients to truly understand their lifestyle, needs or end product, FPW use their knowledge, experience and evidence-based research to provide a bespoke, comprehensive plan.
As chartered financial planners, the company’s high-quality service and official chartered status is recognised by an official crest and features within the FPW brand.
We took inspiration from classic mid-century design when creating the visuals and enjoyed using intricate guilloche patterns, synonymous with currency and used internationally on bank notes for security purposes. The brands’ classic feel was created using colours, typefaces and paper stocks popular in a time when official documentation was typed, printed and stamped in single colour onto off-white, uncoated paper and Manilla folders and envelopes. The tint of red, creating a light pink colour is a nod to The Financial Times and recognised by those familiar to the economic paper.
The design translated beautifully to the digital media we created for the brand including website, social platforms and presentation slides.
