The Estates Office Official Launch Party
12th September 2014
Lord Tredegar’s former estates office and home to PARADE DESIGN held a launch party today to celebrate the complete refurbishment of the historic, listed building as it emerged as a beacon of business excellence for the city.
Dating back to 1905, The Estates Office at Pentonville, Gold Tops, in the middle of the city of Newport’s commercial and professional district has been bought by private investors from the South of England and was officially opened by Mayor of Newport, Matthew Evans.
Cllr Evans said: “A fantastic job has been done to bring this historic listed building back to life. We all express our thanks and admiration to the new owners for the way that they have invested in this superb building and have created a fabulous new business centre in an environment that is steeped in history.”
And Parade Design are proud to have had an input into the buildings new image. We were asked to develop a new identity to be rolled out for a multitude of uses including interior and exterior signage, website, letting agent brochure and advertising. (Keep an eye out for the complete project on our portfolio page).
The 200 guests that attended the event were treated to a complimentary bar, supplied by Newport’s very own Tiny Rebel Brewery, Hog Roast by The Full Hog and the most delicious cakes we’ve ever had the pleasure to taste by Iced Cake Parlour in Maesteg. With a goody bag of treats for each guest to take away, it’s fair to say that everyone enjoyed the event and left with a smile on their face… and possibly a sore head the next morning!
